Start here
Create a project
A project has two tabs: the Project Card holds your write-up, and Code holds the editor and the runner where circuits execute. Python with Qiskit is the default framework.
Run it
Press Run and pick a backend in the Select QPU dialog. Every simulator is free and only real hardware uses credits, so start on a simulator.
Publish it
A project is private while it is a draft. Publishing makes it public and gives it a version that others can fork.
New to quantum computing? The courses on Learn take you from qubits to your first circuit before any of this matters.
